  2. My doctor has put me on a 6 week pre op diet but I am allowed 1 normal meal at night, so 1 shake for breakfast, 1 for lunch and then lean meat and lots of vegies for tea.

  4. I'm due to have my surgery on the 27th of august, have been put on the optifast diet. 2 shakes during the day and lean meat and veg for tea.
