  2. From what I've read this happens to a lot of people. Just don't be to consumed with the scale and focus on eating the right foods and get all your water, multi-vit's and protein in. The water is really important for losing. You can retain fluid if you skimp on water.. While the scale isn't budging your inches might be. Did you measure before surgery? When this stall does break- and it will, don't forget to keep on with the above. Hang in there!
