Wow keep up the good work!! I totally know how you feel. I am down 54lbs and still wearing the same clothes albeit they are baggy. I can't buy new stuff right now either but this weeken I bought 2 new tops size Large and just couldn't believe a large fit just fine. Once I put on clothes that fit I felt so much better. I do think wearing your old clothes makes you see yourself as the old person. Try shopping cheap places or even resale shops for now. Best of luck
I'm struggling with the protein since the beginning. I'm not a fan of protein shakes and just not very hungry. I'm only getting about 20-30g a day and I know
I need more. Any suggestions you have are greatly appreciated!
Hang in there everyone! As time passes it does get easier. I had the sleeve on a Wednesday afternoon and went back to work that next Monday and did just fine. Going back helped keep my mind off food and just let me get into a normal routine. Good luck!!
I also chose not to tell any friends or coworkers. It's been about 2 months and many people have commented and said I look like I'm losing weight. I just say oh thanks and change the subject. Just stay strong and remember the reasons why your doing what your doing.
I went with Dr. Barker after lots of research and did the sleeve on June 6. Today I hit 50lbs weight loss and have been extremely satisfied with him and his staff!!
Well I guess I will just keep going with the slow weight loss. I haven't lost any in about a week which has been somewhat discouraging. I work out at the gym 5 days a week and I am hardly eating because I am simply not hungry and forcing myself to eat is just uncomfortable. I am having trouble getting the required protein in because I am not a fan of protein shakes but I will work on that and maybe that will help jumpstart me again.
