  1. Thank you so much for your inspiring words. I just finishing reading the thread on binge eating and definitely helped. I have to keep reminding myself that the sleeve is a tool and my actions are what will make it work.
  2. Next week I will be 6months post op. I have so far lost 76pounds- yayyyyy me!!! BUT lately I find myself picking up my old habits (junk food, cookies and etc). I'm terrified of gaining the weight back but I can't stop wanting these damn sweets. What do I do? Also, what's my calorie intake suppose to be 800 or 1000 calories a day? I could really use some encouragement and ideas of what to eat. Please feel free to add me on fitness pal: aslimme85

  12. So here I am almost 3 months out of surgery and feeling disguisting. I used to be a full B cup and now I'm an A. My butt used to be one of my best features and now its completely flat. Yes I know its all the fat of my body now gone, but why couldn't it be my stomach that I lose first. I feel so unattractive and sad. Anyone else hating their appearance?

  17. I was getting that feeling 24/7 as well. I get it now sometimes too. Are you drinking a lot of Water? Intaking enough Protein? When I told my doctor about it she said if you see your leg getting swollen then you should worry bc those are signs of blood clotting. Other than that she said those side effects were normal. Good luck with your doctor appt. I am sure it isn't anything bad.
  18. Thanks! I was hoping for more. I need to get in my protein and water...oh and exercise!
  19. Ok so my weight loss had slowed down. and I still haven't signed up at a gym. Shame on me!!!! I need to do this. Today's weigh in 231.5
