  4. I have had lapband for 16 months I am 27 pounds from goal!! Here is my problem: I am at the point I have been at so many times as a yoyo dieter. Self sabotage :-( in the past I just would have eaten mega amounts of food. Thanks to my band I can't do that, but the urge is still there. I am well aware of how to get around band with sliders but I don't want to go there I really don't . Just having a really hard time right now.
  5. I am 15month out and it still sensitive at time but very few now, just give it time and good luck
  6. I have the fitbit flex and I love it!!!! It is just a expensive pedometer unless you use it to push you to walk more and become friends with others and compete with them and let them push you as well. I have had mine since July as a birthday present....best present ever and it syncs with my fitnesspal!!!

  9. This is embarrassing but I hope it will help someone. When weighting my weight would fluctuate up and down during the same weight in get off the scale and get back on and it would be different was driving me crazy, lat week I used the as seen on TV spin pedi and took dead skin off my feet since the consistant weights! Help with the emotional what's going on??? Hope this helps someone else as well!!!

  14. Enjoy the not really feeling hungry, your appetite will return then it is about controlling it till u get good restriction from the band after fills....no I've had a few loose stools nothing like that...good luck
  15. Yes some loose stools just advance diet yesterday oatmeal, cottage cheese, mashed potatoes just kept potions small.. Felt good to have spoon in my hand again after all the liquids pre and post op
  16. KayKay... My experience is about identical to yours, banded 7/18 now my mornings r good but by the evening I am so so tired.. Trying to enjoy the journey!! Have a great day!!!

  18. I went through true results in San Antonio. Staff is awesome, Dr wright is great and they have an awesome after care program!!!
