Is there anyone post op that was diagnosed with Irritable bowel syndrome prior to surgery ? If so did it help with the symptoms especially stomache pain or is the abdominal pain still present after the surgery?

My nutritionist recc that I chew 30 time prior to swallowing. I have been practicing this but I find it very hard to do . Has anybody else been told to do this?

I have to take one more nutritional class and then I can schedule my sleeve . I am 5'4 and 240 lbs. I'm so afraid of what I will look like (vanity ...I know). I'm wondering if anyone started at this weight and what was your end results. Pictures would be GREAT!! Thank you
