  1. Please clear something up for me. I hope I am right about this, 2 - 3 ozs of protein that is cooked & weighed correct?
  2. To Jim1967, that was a wonderful site you shared. It really made me realize something - eat the small amount & walk away. Head hunger is only under my control. The first 6 wks. after surgery I couldnt finish that small meal, now I feel good but I need to remember small meals, chew, chew, chew & small bites. Thank you for sharing. On my surgery was 7/11/12 & I have lost 34 lbs. about 120 to go.
  3. Congrats! That is what I need right now. Sometimes I feel no restriction, then a bite of chicken will show me. I want that full feeling right now and I am not getting it all of the time.
  4. I am Marie Istre, I had lapband surgery July 11, 2012. I am a 58 year old female, I am married. I am a school bus driver in Elton, Louisiana. I have lost 34 lbs., need to lose about another 120 lbs. I need some motivation right now, my weight has slowed down.
  5. I don't know how to access my food tracker or do we have one on lapbandtalk.com?
  6. Oh I love popcorn. Glad to know I can try a little of it. Thanks.
