Low iron levels!
Just had 6 month checkup and iron is low (has been my whole life). They suggested supplements but they totally constipate me. Aside from getting more iron from food, does anyone know of a supplement that doesn't clog the plumbing?

7 months post-op - Return of the HUNGER!
Hi Sleeve Friends! I was sleeved in Sept. 2012. I just passed my 7 month date. All of a sudden last week it was as if a switch was flipped and my hunger returned in full force. Here's the worst part: when I eat, it doesn't really go away. It feels like the food isn't getting to where it needs to go to quell the hunger - if that makes sense. The good news of course is that I can't continue to eat, but I'm left feeling still hungry. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas/suggestions?

Anyone here 5'8 weigh 260-270
I'm 5'8", 37 y.o. had surgery 9/2012. Starting weight 285. Current weight 200.5 (SO close to ONEderland!!) No problems with loose skin yet - but I have about 50 more lbs. to go. Good luck!! And don't worry about it. Loose skin is better than 100 extra pounds! Trust me, you'll prefer the extra skin!

Appetite Back... With A Vengeance!
I've started back to the gym doing hour-long intense group fitness classes. I'm about 2.5 mos. post-op. I feel like my appetite has returned with a vengeance. Anyone else experience this?

What Do U Mean By That?
I'm having an interesting and sometimes frustrating trial and error journey with food. I was sleeved 9/4. I can eat pretty much anything as long as I eat slowly and take small bites. I am finding that sweets taste MUCH sweeter than they used to and my old favorite ice cream makes me really nauseous. Which makes me both happy and sad at the same time ;p If I eat too much or too fast I either get the slimes and/or puke it back up. Even if it's just drinking Water. It also seems my stomach does not like anything too greasy anymore. Again, I think that's a good thing You'll figure it out. Everyone's different. Congrats and best of luck!

How Much Did U Lose U First Month
- How Much Did U Lose U First Month
My first month went pretty slow. I couldn't understand it since I was barely eating. I lost 11 lbs in the week pre-op, then lost- Burping. 2 Days Post Op
I hiccup all the time while I'm eating and after I'm done. I know I'm full when I feel pressure at the top of the stomach and/or my right nostril starts running. (I know. Weird) ;p. And be careful! Never trust a fart!!- Post Op September Sleevers, Roll Call
- September Sleevers Progress!
Sleeved 9/4 down 37 lbs. Hit stalls at weeks 4 and 5 but moving again. Hopefully it keeps on moving! - How Much Did U Lose U First Month
