  1. I have a scale and I am finding it to be the cause of my own frustration. I was sleeved on 4-25-12 and I'm down 44.6 lbs but I keep climbing on that darn scale and at times I see it jump up a pound or two or not move at all and it is very discouraging. I just weighed myself this morning and it is reading that I'm up 4 lbs... Not sure how that can be I've been in the gym every day this working cardio and weights!! I advise to stay away from the scale if you can.
