    I can tell you that my employer requires anything laproscopic had to be out a full week, but our coordinator said the same to me, potentially if we felt up to it, have surgery on a Wednesday, return to work on Monday...friend had sleeve in Tijuana but I don't know about post OP visits...dunno

    Whoa, sounds like you guys won't go thirsty before your surgery...I have a 2 week pre op that will be solids but strictly lean proteins and vegatables, nothing else..Our liver is what processes carbohydrates in our body..The idea behind our no carb diets is mainly to reduce the size of our livers to give them more room to work during the procedure...I think I would almost rather the liquid diet, seems more strict..
