  1. I can tell you that my employer requires anything laproscopic had to be out a full week, but our coordinator said the same to me, potentially if we felt up to it, have surgery on a Wednesday, return to work on Monday...friend had sleeve in Tijuana but I don't know about post OP visits...dunno
  2. Are your children planning for your surgery just as much as you are? Any pressure because of their expectations? My child is really cute about it all but I can definately see where things may get awkward...what's are some of your stories about your children and their planning?
  3. Whoa, sounds like you guys won't go thirsty before your surgery...I have a 2 week pre op that will be solids but strictly lean proteins and vegatables, nothing else..Our liver is what processes carbohydrates in our body..The idea behind our no carb diets is mainly to reduce the size of our livers to give them more room to work during the procedure...I think I would almost rather the liquid diet, seems more strict.. have a great weekend..
  4. How is everyone doing with their pre op diets? Liquid or solids? How long is your pre op diet?
  5. I will have a 2 week high Protein, low carb, low fat diet...don't know if it its liquid or what Sent from my DROID RAZR using VST
  6. I am extremely new at all of this.
