That's how Pinterest works if you aren't familiar with it. Click on a picture you like and it should take to you the original site/blog/article where I got the recipe from (might click on the picture, and a bigger picture pops up - click on it again). The recipe will be there. Generally I find more awesome recipes by going back to the original site.

All docs are different, but mine said no straw because of the extra air. However, I started using a straw at 8 weeks out and had no issues. My doc was fine with it. Just out of curiosity...have you tried the Premier protein shakes? Much like you, I detested every shake I tried until I found Premier. One shake has 30 g of protein. I drink one every morning with no problems. Good luck on your surgery.
