  1. Omg, was sleeved on 1/15 and I am down 57lbs. Today will be my third day at the gym. I have stalled a bunch of times before this and guess what, no stall!!! The pounds keep falling off... Go for it guys!

  6. Thanks! I love the gym too... I used to go all the time until i had a back injury but the weight loss seems to help the back pain. Fingers crosed
  7. I just recently started taking my vitamins again (i am so bad at it) i also don't take my protein because i have a hard time with it, but will start drinking it tomorrow anyway. Well the reason for this post is because i am worried about fainting while working out. I at times get a bit light headed at home while doing certain things. Has anyone ever fainted? I was sleeved 1/15 and have lost 52lbs

  9. I have a bunch of solid color sets i thinks bottoms are xl and tops are 2x wouldnt ask much for them. If you are interested in that i will double check the sizes. I also may have some xl tops
  10. I am joining the gym tomorrow and nervous about fainting. I just recently got on track with my vitamins (i am horrible at taking them). I also do not get enough protein... Has anyone ever fainted? I do get a little light headed when i do certain things.

  12. I had that problem also with the liquid... I called the doc and they prescribed me a small pill. I had to problem swallowing them

  23. I think my 12th day post op i stopped losing for four long days, then i started to lose slowly. Not sure why though, but you are not alone
