  1. Today I went to my 2nd visit. i saw the nutrionist and the nurse. I am still undecided on what I want to do, but talking to them today helped me out some more. I was informed that the bands have been updated and that it is not likely that they will erode. I am still waiting on my answers about if something is to go wrong, will it be covered under my insurance or not. They could not tell me the type of band they will be using, but assured my that everything should be fine. i am happy that I still have time to make my decision. I am currently practicing the rules and I hope if I decide to go forward with the surgey that I am successful.

  3. I am still undecided. I go to the doctor next Friday and I have a lot of questions for him. I have heard about the god and the bad regarding getting the band, but then I was told by a friend that I don't need it. She said that I am not that big and that I will be able to loss the weight if I change up something in my deit and more exercise. The stuff that I hear and see on the internet is so scary to me. What do you all think????
