I never have water at the table with dinner! That has been the hardest habit to break! After a meal, I pop a piece of gum in my mouth to keep me occupied from drinking! That has helped me considerably! Good luck!

Try gas x. It helped me and walking every time I felt a ting of pain!

WOW, that hurt! I have not felt that before! Just had my third fill last Friday and never had restriction. Now I do and holy cow what a difference! Was eating a piece of blueberry muffin for breakfast and bam, felt like someone was stabbing me in the back. Hurt like h€{{! Should I do liquids? Still fell it a little!

Khaylar, I have gone through the same thing! I am just a few years older than you (37) and have tried ww and lost, gained, etc... I finally one day looked I the mirror and didn't recognize the fat person in the mirror! That was the end, I went to a seminar the next week started the journey to be banded. I have been banded for almost four months and have lost 30 lbs since the surg! I am starting to like and recognize that person in the mirror again! I wouldn't change a thing! Very happy with it!!

I have bcbs of Alabama had to do their 6 month diet, nutrition class and physical theropy consult! Turned in last two years offer notes with weight on it. Called the surgeons office to see if they received all applicable paperwork within two hours I had a call asking when I wanted to schedule surg! My BMI was on the low low end!
