  1. Hi Let me just say this, the reality if your conversation was you should have paid me instead. So you can lose a little weight and go back to your same old habits. Your co-worker is doing what's best for her and whom ever wants to take that route which is fine. I have a friend who did it that way and she looks great kept it off for years she was bigger than me, but I tell you she spends a great deal of time in the gym.   5. Hello Sorry for your issues. I'm being sleeved tomorrow. But you really need to get your thoughts right, I understand it must be crazy trying to drink and it's painful. I would say get a bag if ice crack it up suck on that try to freeze your Protein drinks ( ice trays) and try to get your protein in that way. You will get dehydrated like that. However keep calling you DR's office and stress to them the pain. Maybe you need a X-ray / ultra sound. I really hope you feel better and adjust to your sleeve. Praying for you.
