i am from frankfort as well. would be more than happy to buddy up and have that extra support with local guys and gals.. i have a pulmonary test 7/24 and then i await my actual surgery date.. sooo excited. i will be having it done at central baptist in lexington with dr weiss...

being put out was a total breeze.. so it makes me a little more comfortable for when i actually have my procedure.. i am sooo excited to get this over with.. my mom had the gastric bypass and lost 130lbs.. so.. i am hoping to beat her.. hahaha..

I have went thru the 6 month waiting period my insurance required.. had my cardiac clearance.. have pulmonary on 7/24.. then i will await my surgery date. Just looking to hear from local kentucky sleevers. I have Dr Weiss..

Okay, so I have had to complete a 6 month trial period (insurance requirements).. I have an EGD in the morning, which is also something required by my insurance company. I have never been put to sleep before, so that is my BIGGEST fear out of this journey for me.
