  1. I have it! I also was newly diagnosed with insulin resistant type 2 diabetes. Had my band done 21 months ago and have been yo-yoing with my weight. Actually going to dr tomorrow bc something has to give.
  2. Since the fitbit and the body bugg are about the same price I would go with the fitbit, it looks better and has some awesome features. I think I will be getting one.
  3. Every so often I walk, but didn't do anything strenuous. I am very flabby also. I am not sure if that is the reason or my age. I am 56. I am now doing Zumba 3x a week. I am going to start walking a lot.
  4. Finally able to go back to the gym.... And I was very thirsty while on the elliptical and I didn't want to drink too much water... Anyone have a trick?
