sorry guys been missing in action. dealing with trying to lose this 10lbs. ive lost 6lbs. i plan on cleansing next week i have 4 days off so thats what i will do since i am home. i just cant get that excersie together grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. i know the 10lbs plus would of been gone by now if i would just do it lol

isopure smells like poo. yuk. i like syntrax protien mix lots of great flavors. i will not be using isopure after surgery. it stinks lol

mines is sept 12th ive lost 5lbs 5 to go and will try to do more.

lets see i have turbo jam slim n 6 and yoga booty ballet. i know beachbody but i am not ready for a commitment

my doc said i can have a drink but kaiser nut classes say never. my cousin had the sleeve and she drinks vodka and low cal cranberry she said vodka doesnt turn into sugar like dark alchol and the juice is sugar free

i just ordered samples of nectar. lots of flavors go to bariatric pantry. they have one called roadside lemonade. check it out. are you post surgery and trying to find a good protien drink?

i havent had surgery and already my tummy cant take to much food. so uncomfortable is this what to expect after surgery?

the iced tea one is ok. not a fave. it taste like iced tea
