My surgery is on Wednesday. I'm so nervous that it cold be canceled. I've jumped though so many hoops. Can surgery be postponed for anemia? My pre op labs just came back and some of my numbers on my CBC W/O DIFF are right below or just above normal! I'm a bit disappointed and afraid that they'll cancel my surgery. Isn't this something my pcp should have noticed? any thoughts on this? I'm posted to help ease my mind at least. My hospital posts labs online so that you can see them and they aren't open right now. Can some one help with this one? The numbers in brackets are the reference ranges... I hope they don't delay me. The nurse didn't seem to think so when they were taking my blood. She just said that I may have to take higher doses of Iron. I just want to find out what my surgeon says... Fingers Crossed for us!

Yes, they certainly are scary! Never was a fan of them. Maybe this year I'll be more comfy depending on my loss. A dress for a wedding! That should be fun finding something fresh to wear. I think we're all going to do great!

Ladies (and Gents, if interested.) ... I had the thought of starting up a clothing exchange. That part of the forum seems to have dwindled down. I think that would be a good idea. What do you all think? Me personally, I've asked for gift cards to clothing stores for holidays, birthday, and v-day that way I can buy here and there without spending much. I'll be doing most of my shopping at the Salvation Army and GoodWill for work clothes since we have a business casual dress code.
