    i am so pleased that you are doing so good. I have my surgeryscheduled for July 10, in Tijuana with Dr. Almanza. I am a single mother of triplet boys and I am also doing this surgery by myself. The one person I mentioned it to was very negative so therefor I have decided to tackle it on my own. Your blogs inspired me and also empowered me.     I am July 10. I will also be sleeved by Dr. Almanza in Mexico. My plane tickets are purchased and I am not turning back now! i am very nervous but all the same excited.
