  1. Hello! Looking for a sleever who is further along than I! This is not hard considering that I have yet to be sleeved! I am still enduring all the testing and meeting of insurance requirements. You: Sleeved and in the process of weight loss, perhaps female, open, and easy to chat/talk/e-amil or text with. A little about me: I am a Mom, wife and college student (almost done!). I am trying to decide if I will enter into my Masters or Doctoral program, but none the less I need to take some time to work on my health and well being! I have done a great deal of reading about the sleeve and I am thrilled to have this option afforded to me. I live in Oregon. Until Then, Sannah

  9. I wish I was that lucky!!! Currently I cannot unscrew bottle tops to prepare them for washing. My husband has to care for baby in the am because I do no have use of my hands. So frustrating!! My activities of daily living are surely disrupted by carpel tunnel!!! So, great to hear the surgery is successful!! Sannah

  11. Hey, I often wondered this question myself. So I decided I would use a credible source to find a BMI calculator. When I found the calculator I entered different weights I imagined myself being at and seeing if they were in an ideal BMI range. This gave me an idea of where I should be on the numbers scale. Here is the link for the BMI calculator http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ Best, Sannah
  12. Hello Everyone! I am curious if you've had/have carpel tunnel if, as you lost/loose weight have your symptoms diminished? I had a Nerve Conduction Test (NCT) and I have a very moderate case of carpel tunnel, which I acquired with pregnancy! ;( I endured real bad carpel tunnel symptoms during my entire pregnancy. After birth, symptoms mellowed out and then came back!!! The doctor feels that surgery is a good option for me, as I have been dealing with carpel tunnel for too long to use a less invasive treatment. Also, I have tried many treatment options. I will research this option, but not sure a surgeon is willing to take a risk operating, because of how obese I am (BMI 52). I will surely find out more information. After my own research and talking to the doctor who performed my NCT, I discovered that there is a connection between carpel tunnel syndrome and obesity. However, the doctor was unable to tell me if weight loss would help with the carpel tunnel. Curious what experience has been with carpel tunnel?
  13. Hello! For some reason my iphone app and online are showing different screen names. So weird. Sannah and Sannah09 are both me and have different ratings. Strange. So, anyhow... I know some of these metabolic wonders! I always wished to be like them, but I know this will never happen. No surprise on those calories you listed. Isn't this just disgusting!? Even when you eat something bland or basic the restaurants manage to add tons and tons of calories. In the location that I live it is a big deal to eat local. While this is great for economy a lot of these local places do not document or seem to know nutritional information for their own food!!! Bummer deal!! In the past whenever we went out I just had a regular salad. I do not like dressing so I was okay with counting on salad. I hope your day has been good!!! Sannah
  14. Hello Honey Bear!! Thank you kindly!! How are you doing? Ready? I can not wait to be in your shoes!! Wishing you wellness, Sannah

  16. Hello!! Sounds like a great workout plan!! You've really made some gains on the eliptical!! Go you!! So impressive!!! I hope I can get established in a workout routine. I miss working out. It is rather hard to workout at this weight. I feel like keeping the house spotless is a workout. I spend a great deal of my time cleaning. I cannot wait until clearing isn't so youth feeling. Thank you for sharing with me!! How have you liked your sleeve so far? Any words of advice? Sannah
