  5. Hi folks I'm seriously Considering surgery with dr aceves because I am unfortunately self pay. Now although I won't be forced to jump through the hoops that the insurance companies typically prescribe, I do think that I would benefit from building a support network like a nutritionist, a local support group and some help dealing with the other issues that I've heard from other users in this forum. My question for folks in the greater KC area- can anyone share the names of a nutritionist and other resources that may be available to someone not connected to a barbaric center? Thanks
