Well, my husband and kids and I have driven to my mom's house in Houston to get ready for my big day tomorrow. We are spending the night here tonight and then hubby and I head to the hospital in the morning. Thank God my mom can keep the girls the next few days.. I have NEVER been away from the baby... She's almost 8 months old. I'm getting so sad..And to make matters worse she has caught some little cold and had a fever tonight.. She didn't want my mom or my husband. She only wanted ME to hold her. Hopefully she will be ok without mommy the next few days.. It's going to be VERY hard not picking her up like I am used to doing... I know this is for the greater good and it will all be worth it months from now. Any "sleeved" mom's of young children that can give me any support or advice? I appreciate it! Thanks for the prayers and thoughts for tomorrow! So happy to have a great group of people to talk to... ♥

I have a 7 month old.. I am scheduled to be sleeved on June 27th. I am also worried about not being able to pick her up.. My doctor hasn't mentioned anything. How long did they tell you that you needed to refrain from lifting?

I started my pre-op today and I feel like I'm going to die! lol

I am a June 27th sleever as well! Let's stay in touch!
