markymarkz got a reaction from sman342 in Banded June 27...mexico Was The Way To Go For Me!After tons and tons of research I finally pulled the trigger and got the lap band in Tijuana, Mexico from Dr. Pedro Kuri. I cannot believe how great I feel already. My stomach is a little sore and my left shoulder has some small pain, but overall I feel terrific. I was up and walking around 2 hours after the procedure and was able to fly home the following day. I'm so excited! If anyone has any concerns about going to Mexico I would tell them to go the same route I did! Wonderful Dr. Wonderful hospital. Let the journey begin!!!
