  1. Hi All.. I am 5 days post op today. I feel great. Today is the first day I have been able to get a whole greek yogurt down for Breakfast and an additional 8oz of Vitamin Water. Swelling seem to be subsiding more and more every day. Walking has been key for me. I have had very little pain associated with the surgery, just a little when eating and drinking, so just listening to my body to tell me when I have had enough. I tried a Protein shake yesterday, but it was just too thick. Will give it a try again today. I did also have a pain on my left side, I figured it was some organ that was moved out of the way during surgery lol. I also tire easily, so I take naps here and there. Listening again to my body so that it heals fast and safely. I am, so far, so pleased with recovery, and SO thankful for all the great care I received in the hospital and of course most thankful for my amazing surgeon!
