    Hello everyone, I am new to the process of lapband. My first appt. is tomorrow to find out what all I need to do. I know my insurance requires a 6 month diet and evals. However I'm sure they will tell me everything I need to know on what I need to do tomorrow. I would love to hear how things before and after surgery have went with others. I wished I didn't have to wait so long to have it done, it took me 2 years to make this decision.
