  1. Day 7 out; I have dark urine; though I'm on liquid stage. Shouldn't this be clearer? Any one have ideas? Or can you share
  2. I have two friends who had the bypass; they both say they have to roll up the boobs and put in the bra! Your boobs are mostly fat.
  3. You look amazing; need the secrets to your tone appearance ; arms, thighs, back ,butt!
  4. I feel full right now; try three normal swallow and pay attention to your stomach; You will feel it. Unless of course you are taking pain meds
  5. We all are going to have to find a new GO TO for stress; try the gym: park; long hot bath, pamper yourself. DVR DR OZ; he has a lot of ideas to help with relief of stress; without eating. I too have been where you are pre surgery; I'm only 7 days out so I know my days are to come!
  6. Go to the forum on one year surgiversary; Sleever drank a soda 6 months out; IT RUINED HER SLEEVE. in over a year she has only lost 39 lbs; the carbonation expanded her stomach. She kept drinking too. My advice; never drink soda again! I too was addicted to DIET COKE! Here is how I kicked it; Crystal light "ENERGY" It contains caffeine ; On 10 pre op: I started replacing one DC with this and drank less and less DC each day ; only on CL ENERGY A DAY. day 6 DC was too sweet. Day 7 till now NO DIET COKE! I don't even miss it like I thought I would.( and with no withdrawals ) Remember- these addiction and bad habits are just that BAD HABBITS. All other diets I have every seen say; NO soda, bread, bad carbs, or sweets This is the same way no different; we have to change our brain HABBITS and our hand to mouth; and exercise HABBITS . Please don't go through this surgery without committing to change for life. And. EAT TO LIVE; not live to eat! Trust me this is the hardest thing I will ever do!
  7. Oh I was thinking you did it last Thursday not tomorrow. From the tiny photo you don't look overweight; if you in fact have apnea it should improve after weight loss.
  8. I'm May 10 th ALSO! Glad to have same Sayers on here. My only pain is at the largest site / when I twist or jerk trying to get up from flat bed; I have a external stitch there. Not to mention its right at my rib bones and under my 44DD breast. So I guess that's why it is bothering me. I have some general discomfort; but doing well. Sitting and lying too long makes my lower back( had 2 surgerys) and my neck hurt. So I have been out and about with precaution, cause I just can't stay down.
