I just wanted to let everyone know, I have changed my site to allow everyone to download my Lapband book for free. It really does not hurt. The reasons for the in and out of the saline is: 1. He checks to make sure what was in there before changing my fill level and 2. I kind of distracted him during the taping, camera shy I guess. Anyways, I hope it helps! Wade

The file is .FLV format and you might check to make sure you have the latest version of Flash Player. Just a thought. Wade

Do you have dial up access or broadband. The file is about 8 MB in size. Also, do you have a pop up blocker? These are just guesses. As far as I know most are able to see the video. Wade

Can't stand it in a good way :-) I can tell you really put a lot of time and effort into pulling this information together. The 100 reason...at the end was hilarious. And I had to say that I am guilty of several of you listed faux pas listed at the end. I will be refer back to this book I'm sure as I continue in my journey. He was removing the Fluid to check how much was in the band before he started. This is one way for he or she to check that your band does not have a leak in it. On the video, I think I interrupted his train of thought and he wanted to make sure he put in the correct amount. I talk about this in my book as well. Thanks, Wade
