Hello to all from KY. I just got my approval from my insurance (Humana PPO) and waiting for the nurse to call back with a scheduled date for the surgery. I am really looking forward to the procedure and my new life without the extra weight.

I just wanted to let everyone know, I have changed my site to allow everyone to download my Lapband book for free. It really does not hurt. The reasons for the in and out of the saline is: 1. He checks to make sure what was in there before changing my fill level and 2. I kind of distracted him during the taping, camera shy I guess. Anyways, I hope it helps! Wade

Just posting an update. They server I had my video of the fill on was down a while and it is back up if anyone is looking for it. Wade

The file is .FLV format and you might check to make sure you have the latest version of Flash Player. Just a thought. Wade

Do you have dial up access or broadband. The file is about 8 MB in size. Also, do you have a pop up blocker? These are just guesses. As far as I know most are able to see the video. Wade

I have gotten a really great review today for someone who read it: "Hi Wade, I just finished the book and I had to write to tell you what an awesome job you did. This book is so chocked full of valuable and informative information I can't stand it! Can't stand it in a good way :-) I can tell you really put a lot of time and effort into pulling this information together. The 100 reason...at the end was hilarious. And I had to say that I am guilty of several of you listed faux pas listed at the end. I will be refer back to this book I'm sure as I continue in my journey. I have my first doctors appointment to discuss options and ask questions on May 4th and I can wait. Thanks for putting this great book together. I laughed, I cried, it was better than Cats!! LOL...
