  1. Hey Xray chic, I am in NY also, but over near Buffalo. There are a couple surgeons here that do the procedure but as I work (indirectly) with one of them (as an xray tech!!!) I am not sure how I feel about having him do my procedure. What are your thoughts on that? Hairydo
  2. Hi Paty, and all! I too am new here. I am thinking about the banding procedure. I have had success losing weight with Weight Watchers, was even a leader for a time but then just couldn't keep the wieght off. I am so new to this whole thing that I haven't talked to a doctor or anything yet. I did find out that the next "seminar" in my area isn't till April 26 tho. Any info from you pro's out there would be great. I am a little apprehensive about how much time I would need to take from work and the recovery period. Not afraid of pain at all but don't want to spend my summer recovering. Guess thats all for now. Hope to hear from someone soon. Thanks in advance.
