  1. I would recommend the book The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr. I found it incredibly helpful. I stopped taking Champix cause I felt that confident and this September will be two years. It changes your thinking completely.
  2. Thanks to you as well. I will try to find that one too.
  3. Thanks for the suggestion. I seem to have a bit of a habit forming personality. I was able to quite smoking using The Easy Way to Stop Smoking book by Allen Carr. This book could be exactly what I need to kick some other bad habits and form some new good ones.

  5. The company I'm looking at going through for my sleeve recommends Bariatric Fusion vitamins and supplements. I have never tried them but in case anyone wants an alternative. http://www.bariatricfusion.com/
  6. I could be mistaken, but I thought celery was a no-no because it's very difficult to digest.
  7. I have a friend who has lost 50+ lbs on her own with diet and exercise. I told her I was contemplating surgery and she made comments about how she did it on her own. Made me feel as though considering surgery was a stupid decision. That I should be able to work my ass off to lose the weight myself. I guess there is a part of me that thinks that as well. I guess what Ive realized is that the rude comments can be in our own heads as well.
