My time is here!!! I have made a decision to go to Mexico and complete my dream. I would like to have the mini thigh lift and breast lift and augmentation. I couldn't be more happier with my decision. SW 230 June 6, 2012 CW 125 on December 24, 2013 First picture was taking a week before surgery and second picture was on Christmas Eve with my son and daughter!

Thank you! Security wasn't an issue, everything was ok. I went back to work in 4 weeks.

I was sleeved by Dr Almanza at the Jerusalem Hospital on June 7, 2012. I have lost 102 pounds. My experience was excellent. See some before and after pics below. Now, I am making plans for my hubby to go. If you have any questions for me just ask.

The same happen to me and a week later i was down 11 pounds. Give yourself sometime. Remember they put lots of Fluid inside and all needs to come out. The key is to keep yourself hydrated. drink, drink and drink.

Thank you:) the only advise I have is follow the program and you will be successful. This is a lifestyle change. Also, some type of exercising at an early stage is a plus.
