Got my band surgery on April 9th. Other then some shoulder pain and soreness in my adedomen I feel ok. I have just about enough of clear liquids for a life time. I been drinking alot of water, liquid protein in my water and jello. Unfortunately, I got my period on Friday and I was super craving chocolate but I am not hungry but I fought through it. Any suggestions on some good healthy food for the upcoming week? I can not possibly have anymore chicken broth........I am down 10 pounds this week and do believe it would be more but I haven't pooped since before my surgery, any suggestions for that as well?
