  1. I got my surgery on 4-9 and my first fill on 5-11 and I really don't feel much difference either. I have to say that I have had very few discomforts and have had 24 pounds since my surgery shed off but I was expecting the fill to make me feel different. I am not very hungry but I think it's more a mental thing. It may be possible that your band stretched and requires you to have more of a fill then you did in the past?
  2. I just got back from the store and got it. Hopefully it goes well. Do you have shoulder pain as well?
  3. The first day or two is a little rough due to the shoulder pain more then anything. As much as its painful you must get up and walk around. I know everyone says it but it is the only thing that made the gas pain get a little better. When are you getting your surgery?
  4. Got my band surgery on April 9th. Other then some shoulder pain and soreness in my adedomen I feel ok. I have just about enough of clear liquids for a life time. I been drinking alot of water, liquid protein in my water and jello. Unfortunately, I got my period on Friday and I was super craving chocolate but I am not hungry but I fought through it. Any suggestions on some good healthy food for the upcoming week? I can not possibly have anymore chicken broth........I am down 10 pounds this week and do believe it would be more but I haven't pooped since before my surgery, any suggestions for that as well?
  5. I got my surgery on April 9th and I am still having major shoulder pain. I do understand that it is normal but it is painful and I thought it would have gone away by now. I have been walking, taking Advil and all that good stuff. On another note, I have not pooped since before my surgery and I am thinking that may all be related, any thoughts.
