Loneil I think it is because you don't want to wash your food down and you won't get the sensation of being full.Also you risk getting clogged which is not a good feeling.It happened to me once while eating peanut butter,I got clogged and tried to wash it down with a little milk,I haven't had peanut butter since.
  2. After a few days on Prilosec I feel fine.
  3. I had my first fill last Tuesday after having my port put back in in February.Friday I started getting bad acid reflux.Last night it got so bad I took some Tums which helped out tremendously.I know to watch what I eat,but I have never had this problem in the past.I have had the band for a few years but had some major problems in the past which is a long story.I read somewhere to try apple cider vinegar for the reflux,has anyone tried it?
