Just wanted too support all my fellow 13's lol I know there are tons of us so I figure this could make it easier for us to communicate we are A ok after surgery and all our buddies can find out how we are a Lil easier as well I wanted to congratulate you all and wish you all a safe Surgery and quick recovery CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

I do but I know I'm psyching myself out I just keep thinking its this or a life filled with food and illness and that keeps me pushing towards the losers bench hang in there

I just wanted to compare pre-op diets I am not supposed to have a liquid diet until the day before surgery I know the reason for liquid diet is to shrink the liver just want to hear from both sides to get a piece of mind thanks!

I'm sorry it didn't work out today but its not goodbye its see ya later, it will be 12-5 before you know it keep your head up

I'm getting more nervous too my preop is Friday and surgery next Tuesday the 13th I am so nervous I don't even start my preop diet until mon that is so weird to me!!

Dose anyone know if lap-bypass is the same as gastric bypass its listed like this on a paper I received in the mail today I got a call my preop was moved from tomorrow to next Friday and the paper states my pre op is the 12 when surgery is the 13th really? But it was mailed yesterday and she apologized for the mix up but now I'm super confused she said either tomorrow or sat ill get my pre-op packet so I guess I'll wait for that and call them if I'm still confused sorry I just had to vent a Lil because this is madness lol

I was told loose sweats as some people go home with drain.. Bathrobes a must because you'll be encouraged to walk and will most likely be required to wear hospital gown during hospital stay slippers , Chapstick ,toothbrush,shampoo,conditioner,deodorant brush,phone charger,pillow,socks,underwear, large hoody for the ride home
