Ice storm I took one dose around 2 today and it got things moving. But very slowly. I'm sure I will need to take several doses to feel normal again

Thanks, I took milk of magnesia about an hour ago. Hoping it will help. Is it something I am eating? Or not eating? I still am on a semi mush diet. Testing waters slowly with other foods.

Thank you, I am doing pretty well with the diet. Just started the mush diet today. Guess I will be here for a while. The only issues i am having is very loose stools and gas. Is this normal?
