Dont be suprised when I add some of you guys! My username is chrissssyp Im trying to get back into the swing of things.. I feel like ive just totally relaxed on my lapband rules!

I had my surgery July 17th.. since surgery i've lost a total of 20 pounds.. my clothes fit different.. but i dont actually feel like ive lost any weight.. i feel like i look exactly the same .. its so frustrating.. i get on the scale every monday .. with weight loss each week so far(knock on wood) but i almost feel a lack of motivation because i dont have the euphoric feeling of actually getting lighter... ugh! i had my first fill about 2 weeks ago and can already tell a difference in how full i get!! its insane .. i havent had a stuck episode.. which suprises the hell out of me because i finally ate some bread and everything was perfectly normal like i didnt even have a band.. its so weird in comparison to how i hear things are once you actually have the band.. comments anyone??

I go to true results houston as well and have cigna.. I pay 20 dollars for a fill...

Im 23.. Currently living in south houston.. Moving next month to west houston.. I10 and hwy 6.. I need a buddy!!

I submitted on june 6th and got an approval on june 14th, finally had my surgery on july 17th. Yay!

So as most of you know, cigna has required a 6 month supervised diet for awhile now. I consisently hear how much trouble people have with insurance companies approving lapband. Why in the world would cigna go and make it easier?! beats me but i LOVE it!!! I went for my 3rd visit today and the woman at the desk informed me i had a change in insurance and wondered if i was aware. well no i definately was not aware. She had me thinking it was something bad and finally she said.. "today is your last visit! Cigna now only requires a 3 month supervised diet". holy crap that excites the poo outta me! now it looks as if ill be getting banded in june rather than september/november! i think this is the best news i've heard all year
