Use daily Benefibre

I love Benefibre and I never took it before my pre-op diet. It is a powder but it is tasteless and it does NOT thicken. You can stir it in water, your tea, food etc... Fibre is thought to help out digestion of fats and carbohydrates, it helps reduce chlosterol - so many benefits!!

Hi guys, I was just banded at SWLC in Mississauga ON. on Wed. The procedure went VERY well and I've had very little pain so I'm super happy! One thing I've noticed though is all my steri-strips have started to fall off and I'm only 3 days post OP. It looks like they are oozing clear fluid (does not look infected) but I was wondering if I should have more strips put back on? Thanks guys!!

Chaya: I thought you were scheduled for the same day as me - April 18th - I'm sorry to hear you are having such bad pains - hopefully with walking they will dissipate. How was your experience with SWLC? I am super excited for my surgery on Tues (just not the pain part afterwards). Good luck!!

Chaya - did you get a patient coordinator yet? I have Kim Midwinter and she sent me the info packet - with preop diet and blood work that needs to be completed. I totally pestered them b/c although they are very nice they do leave you hanging somedays

Helmut, thanks so much - its nice to hear from someone who's actually been where I'm going!! It's funny I was gagging on the shakes the first two days - now they seem delicious and I really don't feel very hungry anymore. Good luck with your weight loss and thanks again!!

Chaya: I'm flying in the night before and I'm travelling down to London ON. right after surgery. They told me I could leave right after my surgery and my own family doctor can do my follow up. I will be in ON just a few days.

Chaya, I am getting banded by Dr. Coburn - I'm on the pre-op diet now are you?

I am from Nova Scotia but I am getting banded at SWLC in Mississauga on April 18th - doing my pre-op diet now and I'm so excited!!
