I use vanilla whey with 1 cup on silk light vanilla. You can freeze 1/2 banana and 3 strawberries overnight. Blend them with whey and milk. Tastes like a smoothie. You can also add mixed frozen fruit as long as there is not syrups in them.

Adderall decreases your appetite. It is a side effect. No relationship to the band.

I am so proud of my husband. He had his band done 3/22. He has lost 18 lbs so far. I am scheduled for my band tomorrow. I am excited that we can do this together.
