  1. I use mine mixed with sugar and a bit if salt to make a scrub. Love it. But I only use it for beauty as it is so high in saturated fats! Yikes!
  2. I also wanted to mention to everyone, like I said in my original post: there are so many people who feel like they are slow losers, and I am personally wanting to look into the numbers and percentages. Are people really experiencing a slow loss based on the averages. It is my prediction that people are not slow losers and are on track based on their height, starting weight and time out ratios. This is not a professional study, just my own curiosity. Since a concern has been brought up regarding my use of data, please feel free to message me, and you data will not be used. I do however intend to provide my findings to you if you have any questions please feel free to message me, and I will address them specifically in a non public forum. It is not my intention to start a fight here. There are so many forums each week that ask "how much have you lost, am I a slow loser etc" I am just trying to user stand that. Just a reminder, I am PRE-op and will be having surgery on Halloween. My curiosity wants me to get as much data as possible for my own benefit, and If others want the data results too, I am not Ethan happy to share it. Thank you for helping me understand this data set by proving me with your data. Cheers!

  14. II am trying to gain some realistic stats for the weight loss. I would really like your help. Please provide: 1. Height 2. Starting highest weight 3. Surgery weight 4. Goal weight and/or current weight 5. Length of time to reach goal weight (edit: or length I time to reach current weight) 6. Age I know we should not compare ourselves to others, however I am interested in the standard deviation and mean of weight loss in comparison to height. There are so many that feel like slow losers, and I am wanting to really look into the numbers. Is it really a slow loss, or are you right on track based on weight loss percentages.

  16. I am getting the bypass not the sleeve as I have really bad acid reflux. There is evidence to suggest that the sleeve causes/worsens acid reflux. So to me, it's a no brainier. No acid reflux--> rny. Haha
