    I just ended my first day and did good, although it is only the first day and I'm sure it gets harder! I figure this as part of the surgery and I want to make my surgery as less complicated as possible. I kept calorie count in sparkpeople. I got all my Water in, so I have been in the ladies room alot. We just have to remember our goal in the long run. We got this . . . we can do it together .
