  1. Well, I'm 5 weeks out & haven't lost a damn pound the past two weeks! Actually gained a pound!!! WTH? As we all know the amounts we eat have been DRASTICALLY reduced & I still don't lose!?!? This hurts my heart & upsets me to no end. This was a self pay & a last resort to rid this weight. Not sure what I could possibly be doing wrong. I've read stalls are quite common early on but never seen or read an explanation of why. Anyone know? I did have good results the first 3 weeks (on full liquid diet). Seems when I moved on to soft foods, then to no restrictions, the loss went to hell. Anyone else feeling this frustration? Thanks for listening. :-)
  2. You look fabulous!! Congrats! I was sleeved on March 12......stalled! &$@% A bit aggravated considering I barely eat anything compared to the old days:)
  3. 5 weeks out today & stuck! Haven't lost anything the past 2 weeks. Matter of fact, gained a pound! It's too early to stall like this. I did lose 37 lbs total as of 1 1/2 weeks ago. I have to say I'm quite disappointed at the moment. I'm wondering if this is going to work for me or not. I'm unable to exercise because of back issues but make sure to keep active doing other things, every day. I go back to the Dr this Friday. If I haven't lost or God forbid I gain I'm going to lose it! It's depressing. I don't want to fail. I'm not a big drinker so only getting 30 oz or so daily. I wonder if I should ask the Dr if I need an endoscopy to see why I'm not losing & constantly stay hungry! Even though I can only get a few ounces down at a time. This was a self pay. Praying I haven't wasted our $$. Help! Anyone else having any of these same issues?
  4. You look great!!! Congrats!
  5. I will be a month out tomorrow. My issue, I'm soooo hungry! Seems like even when I have a small meal, I never get full. Do you have this problem? I did lose the first 3 weeks but actually gained a pound this week. So disheartening. I did a lot of pre op research & from what I gathered, hunger would not be an issue. I'm curious if I'm actually going to have to diet after this surgery or this will subside. I've read conflicting information. If I was going to have to count calories & contend with constant hunger I could've saved myself $15k. Praying things change. I need positive results!!
