  1. I went to the seminar mar 5th n had my surgery yesterday lol so there was a few weeks that where booked lol good luck
  2. My day is tommorow as well can wait to get started .... Best wishes to all my other may 10th banders
  3. I am May 10th as well ... The closer it gets the scarier it gets
  4. my pre op is 3-4 protein shakes a day and veggies.. i can cook them in broth and have non fat dressing with them. and no snacking

  7. IDK how far you want to drive but I know my surgeon dr symmonds takes already banded pt and he is in temple
  8. I added u ass a friend lol we can exchange email or something if u want so we can support each other if that is easier on or just message me on here
  9. I am also getting banded on the 10th and and start pre op on Thursday I am excited n scared
  10. I start mine the 26th I didn't have do the six month thing but I think that I'd because I had already been working with my primary dr for some time
