My surgery is on Tuesday! My doc didn't say anything about a pre-surgery diet. Should I have been doing one? I'm confused. BMI is 42.6 if that makes a difference. Thanks!

You read it correctly. I'm self pay so I did not have to go through the diet part first, although I'v been on a diet for the last 15 years. How do you go about informing people, ect. I'm nervous about social functions and such. Thanks!
