  1. Hi everyone, It's been a while since I have logged on and read posts. I had my sleeve surgery in November 2011. Surgery was rough, but successful. The scales have been steady for about a month. I am tired all the time and honestly have not exercised (not sure why). Could you some encouragement. Also, have a gurgling sound after I eat. Any idea how to get rid of it? Any support, suggestions, anything is greatly appreciated.
  2. I had my sleeve done on November 22nd. I am doing pretty good with eating. However, my pain is more of a burning pain. Is this normal? Also, is anyone having trouble sticking with the new eating plan. I can tolerate soft foods, however, to eat the amount required is a little tough.
  3. I'm not sure about the swelling. However, if it is red and sore also, I would contact the doctor. Swelling could be from just having the drain removed. I had surgery on the 22nd also. Best of luck.
  4. Not sure, but I have heard that sometimes the anesthesia and meds can cause your skin to dry out.
  5. I just had my sleeve surgery 12 days ago. I had the procedure done in Atlanta at Emory Midtown. Dr. Lin was my surgeon. I do have to say that the staff was GREAT! It was a rough couple of days but they took excellent care of me. since surgery, I have had good days and bad. But overall, it is the beginning of a whole new life for me. YEAH!
