  2. Im pre op but I fight constipation almost daily and I know that laxatives are bad to use daily so I sometimes use warm soapy water if I need instant relief. It works! Hold it in your behind as long as you can and lay on your left side. A home enema I guess you'd call it.
  3. Hello. Also new here, trying to figure this out. I'm pre op so anything that will help me I'd appreciate. Right now I'm logging my food eating better drinking protien shakes and quit the pop.
  4. Hello everyone! I'm a newbie here and pre-op. This is the first thing I'm reading. So you can't drink out of straws after surgery? And I realizing the gas pain is gonna be bad!!!!
