On fluids, I struggle to drink just one litre a day. Just doesn't go down. Even I'd I put a tiny bit of cordial in it, it's still a struggle. I'm 4 months post op today and 28.4kg down. I don't feel as though its much compared to others.

I can't see myself finding Mr Right anytime soon. Now that IVF is available for single women in Australia, it has been playing on my mind. If only I could afford it. I have a gorgeous niece and nephew, but one day would like my own child. Anyone else share my feelings? I hope to reach goal by my one year sleeve-aversary in June 2013 (aged 35), figured give my body a rest for 6-12 months and then consider my options again. I read it's best to have children first before proceeding to excess skin surgery.

Gooood morning everyone! Hope everyone had a good weekend. I did Run Ballarat yesterday and walked 6km in a time of 55 minutes. Last year I did Run Geelong (30kg heavier) and that took me 1hr 30 min. I'll be doing it again this year, so my aim is to beat my Run Ballarat time. Fingers crossed tomorrow I'll hit the double figures! I did last night and this morning when I jumped on the scales, but official weigh in day is Tuesday morning...which will also mark 4 months since my op.

Wow that's one rumour I wouldn't like going around about me. I work in an office of about 20 and not everyone knows and I prefer to keep it that way. A lot of asked what my goal is but I don't want to divulge in that either, not until I get to my goal. All they know is how much I have lost. Though I think I slipped up with one person in the office, saying that a guy who went in 2 days after me has lost 40kg...oops. Hopefully she didn't cotton on. I work in the medical field, so I have an inkling that a few know without me telling them.

I got mine 2 days prior. The nurse asked anyway about my period when I checked in. I wore disposable underwear and a pad. Do not use a tampon under and circumstances. Last thing you want is for it to be forgotten.

My last period was 2 weeks late and I was starting to get concerns, but not from a pregnancy point of view. I thought I was having issues with PCOS, as up until that cycle, my periods were regular every 32 days. I might get some bloods anyway to check all my levels. I'm 3 1/2 months post op.

No I love what he wears. I loiter in the consultation room after he's left for the day just to get a whiff LOL.

As part 2 to my Flirting topic, is it OK to ask a guy what aftershave he is wearing or is that getting too personal, considering I've only known him for about 3 months (I only see him once a week though).
