Hello everyone got sleeve march 7, and now I have pain in my shoulders....should I be worried or just wait to see if it pass

Hey everybody had my surgery on the 7th...still in a lil pain...but doing better...i can drink my water n portein shakes with no problem....the only thing I have a problem with is pain in my shoulder...also I have been letting gas out...almost booboo on my self lol
