Hi I also had my surgery 18 months ago and I haven't lost any weight since November 2012. Same as you I can eat more. I am wondering If I am just eating too many calories or if my body just for uses to a small amount. Let me know if you find a way to keep loosing. I am getting desperate.

Yes. I had my gastric sleeve done by him on feb 2012. I would never ever recommend you to go to him. I had a horrible experience where I almost die.

I just goggle it and its provably b12 insufficiency. I haven't been taking my b 12 I just never thought crying for no reason will be a symptom

Left shoulder? I had a very sharp pain on my left shoulder. I recommend you not to call your doctor but to see your dr. Not to alarm you but I end up with a leak and the sooner you know it the better. Good luck hope everything is fine with you

Sorry for what happen to your husband. DR Huacuz did my gastric sleeve and I almost die. He told me that I had a urine infection and got to another hospital almost dead. I would like to know if you took him to court or if you try to do something ? I hate to say it but he shouldn't be operating anybody. I am glad that you feel much better.. i was sleeve on feb 21 then I was re- operates on march 8. After that I was hospitalized due to a lung comp. it took me 4 months but I was in the hospital for 5 weeks

Don't worry about it you will be fine. I went through the same thin a little worst. Ask your dr to give you medicine for nausea; I used to take it. When laying in bed try to have an almost sitting position. I also used to take Medicine for the acidity they sell it over the counter but you have to ask your dr. Once they take them out you will feel great with no pain. If your pain is too much you have to tell the dr. I was in a lot of pain and they have to remove them after 2 weeks because they were scratching my stomach giving me ulcers. If your sleeve dr doesn't put attention to you; you want to call the dr who put the stends.

Since I had the operation I had fever. I had my drain removed on the 10th day; I felt a lot of gas inside all my body. 2 days later I was urinating blood. After that I had a very high fever that nothing could help; I though I was going to die. I even said good bye to my family. The next day I couldn't move so they put some liquids on through my vain and iron shot. ( my surgeon said it was dehydration ). A day later I woke up around 3 am with a strong pain in my left arm( I though I was going to have a hard attack). I felt a lot of gas all over my body, pain in all my left side of the body. I got to the emergency room and they operated me within an hour. Otherwise I wouldn't be telling you!!

Thx so much!! I don't talk to my surgeon. I had a leak and was on the hospital about 5 weeks here in the U.S. I almost die and it's because my surgeon didn't care and didn't take me serious when I told him about my pain. Thanks to all of you!!

Had my gastric sleeve done feb 23 in Mexico. I am going to my reg doctor appointment, but I don't know what kind of blood test to ask him for. Could anybody tell me what kind of tests you regularly get to check vitamins and what not? Thx

I had my surgery in Mexico. It has been 5 months and I lost 60 pounds. I had a lot of complications at the beginning since I had a leak, but you don't have to worry about that for now!!! Good luck with everything!
